Susan Benedict is pleased to announce that Jonathan D. Baker (Member, Silicon Valley) has been recognized as a 2025 Top Intellectual Property Lawyer by the Daily Journal.

Jonathan has over 25 years of experience litigating intellectual property cases and counseling clients on intellectual property strategies. He has served as lead counsel in trials before the U.S. International Trade Commission, in district court cases throughout the country, in appeals before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court, and in inter partes review proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. Jonathan is recognized as a leader in his field by The Legal 500, IAM Patent 1000, Managing Intellectual Property “IP Stars,” and Northern California Super Lawyers. He is involved in the American Intellectual Property Law Association, the Federal Circuit Bar Association, the ITC Trial Lawyers Association, and the San Francisco Bay Area Intellectual Property American Inn of Court.
